Soft Target Analysis
Soft Targets are locations that are open to the public and have limited options in restricting access to the building(s). A prime example would be a church, a school, a shopping center, and/or a restaurant.
GSR Group's Risk Management Team will consult with the client and perform a risk analysis of the location. GSR Group agents will then perform several site surveys, interviews with the client's staff, and an in-depth investigation of the client's exposure and areas of concern.
GSR Group's goal is to determine what threats currently exist and then work with the client, keeping in mind budgetary issues and threat mitigation necessity.
Together we develop a customized plan of risk avoidance and the best countermeasures available.
Site Security Surveys
This service is for locations that can restrict access to the general public but are still concerned about a breach of security. GSR Group's Risk Management Team will determine a client’s perceived threat matrix, then process & evaluate what vulnerabilities exist.
Our process in determining a client’s vulnerability can be done by interviews, site walkthroughs, penetration testing, and closely sourced intelligence collection and analysis.
When vulnerabilities are identified, we work with our client to evaluate & update the countermeasures in place to reduce their vulnerability.
