LE/MIL Patrol Rifle Courses

Also known as Basic Patrol Rifle, this course is designed for new users.  It starts at the beginning and fully prepares you to carry a patrol rifle in the line-of-duty (Agency permitting).  ***Be Advised: In order to pass this class you must shoot a passing score on our police qualification course.  

Also known as Intermediate Patrol Rifle, this course starts at a level above the basics, and advances through intermediate level training.  This will take your duty patrol rifle skills to a new level.

Also known as Advanced Patrol Rifle, this course starts at the Intermediate level and progresses up to an advanced level.  You will be running your duty patrol rifle faster and more effectively than you knew you could.

Patrol Rifle Skills consists of numerous 2-hour blocks of training with each block covering a different topic of instruction.  This provides a dedicated timeframe to work on specific skills so you gain knowledge & improvement.  Think of each block of training as a "mini course."  These varying blocks of instruction can be taken in any order and can be taken individually or combined together, depending on what you want to learn/improve upon, and how long a training day you desire.

GSR Group will custom tailor a day of training with whichever blocks you request. 

Full Auto!!!  Some will tell you that full-auto is uncontrollable and will always climb during the recoil making you miss your target.  If you're missing your target your liability skyrockets, and you're ineffective at stopping the threat.

This course will teach you to shoot a select-fire weapon correctly.  Your rounds will stay on target.  You'll be instructed the proper way to "Rock & Roll."  You'll also be taught trigger control, giving you the ability to fire the number of rounds you want on each trigger press.

As you can expect, this course has a very high round-count.
